I'm in the semi-finals of my league, and the other guy seems to be unaware of the minimum goalie requirements. He played Toskala earlier in the week, and sat all his goalies the rest of the way. He's been laying down smack all week because he's technically winning (until his goalie stats disappear on Sunday night).
My question is, although he's been laying down the smack, should I tell him about the requirement now so he has time to pick up a few goalies for tomorrow? I'm curious to hear what the rest of you think.
Actually, you should tell him today when there is not a thing he can do about it. Bump that, first check to see if he has any goalies playing today to reach the minimum. If not, then you need to tell him today....that would be much more fulfilling (to me) than letting him wonder what the hell happened. =)

Rigos it right. I was reading all the posts wondering when someone was going to mention that it's too late to do anything about it.
Actually at the time of the original post there was a few hrs. But it was late at night and unlikely the guy could do anything about it.
Only 2 games today so, unless he has goalies on NYI, PHI, CHI or STL, his goalie stats are screwed.
uhh.....no, you don't tell him. Did you watch his team over his shoulder every step of the way all season long? Did anyone in your league ever warn a manager, ever, when they were falling short of min. games? Did anyone in anyone's league EVER mention to ANY manager about that injured player that they took an extra day to put on IR ?? Does ANYONE offer ongoing, unsolicited managerial advice to all the other managers in their league EVERY SINGLE time they make a small error or mis-step?
The answer to all these questions is NO. It is his job to run his team. You just worry about yours.
Why the hell would you even worry about this anyways? Let him get this comeuppance. THAT'S how karma works.
But whatever you do, do NOT be a sore winner when it's over. Win with class, shake his hand, and forget about him.
