dfg and checkit present a very slippery slope of what is just unenforcable in fantasy hockey.
dfg obviously feels this is unacceptable, but you don't know who is pressing the veto button. Maybe even dfg would press it while proffessing his disdain for the practice. Nobody would suspect he would do it. I'm not saying he would, but for there are weasles out there that may take that angle. It's a catch 22. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. That's the trouble with the honour system.
But for all the fair trades the veto has stopped, there have to be 10 times the amount of unfair deals that trade veto has stopped. That's why it's there and here to stay.
Unfortunately, having trade veto is power, and there will always be people who abuse their powers.
