    • A commissioner can get rid of the can't cut list at any time using Commish Tools. Under Edit League Settings scroll down and look for the can't cut list and select "none" from the dropdown. Remember to hit the Submit button.

The list can't be edited to remove specific players but if the idea is to keep the list in effect for the MVPs, then the workaround would be to temporarily turn off the list, let managers drop their borderline players, then put the the list back in effect the next day. So if you're the commish, you're all set. If you're not, ask your commish and see if he's willing to allow for this can't cut amnesty day.

One other thing, if you're in a Yahoo Public league then you have no commissioner and no way to turn off the can't cut list. If this is your situation, all you can do is wait and hope Yahoo removes the player in question. Usually takes a major injury and/or chronic under performance, so don't get your hopes up.
