Thoughts on Punting SP's in my very unique League

Hello all and thank you in advance for your opinions.

I am in an 8x8 H2H league with some crazy categories.

    R H 2B 3B HR RBI SB OPS

IP W L SV ERA WHIP K/BB OBPA

If you notice, the pitching categories are heavily weighted on averages. As long as I draft just one closer, say Kimbrel, I would easily win every week in 5 of the 8 categories. And if I draft 3 stud closers, I would win in 6 of the 8 categories, as well as be protected against an injured closer.

Also, I would be able to focus my draft and bench on hitters, making it simple to win half of the hitting categories each week.

It sounds like a win, win strategy. In fact, I have read many articles about how this strategy does produce winners. One problem, my league has a setting that says "Min Innings Pitched: 14". Does this mean every week or then entire year? It's a head to head league if that matters.

If it's a weekly innings minimum, then I can't possibly punt IP and W. If I try, I would have to have a ton of closers and setup men. It would take away from me focusing on drafting extra hitters, which defeats the purpose of punting in the first place.

    What should I do?
