My issue is resolved after i contacted Customer Care. Here's how: From the Baseball '13 Overview screen go to the bottom and click the Help link. From there click the Contact Customer Care link and fill out the online form by narrowing down the issue from drop down boxes. AND HERE'S THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: Scroll down and click Email a Support Agent. Complete additional information requested including your league number and a screen shot of the Scout report screen. My issue was resolved between 24 - 36 hours. Good luck.
