    Adam Lind

Can someone tell me why I keep getting roster alerts that he's been dropped by thousands of teams, yet I cant find any injury info on him at all, and he's normally in Toronto's starting lineup? He#$%$ over .300 and has some decent pop, and honestly, 1B isn't a very strong position from what I can see fantasy baseball wise.

    • With league sizes of 12 teams or less (which can be thousands) he is a borderline starter in fantasy. He generally bats down the order behind Encarnacion/Bautista, he would do much better if he was in front of them which is where they put him while Lawrie was out, but he's back now. Generally there are players that bat in the 1-2 spot that are available on waivers which are just as good at average but will improve the hits/runs categories (partly due to more ABs) and steals because Lind isn't fast. He is always on my watch list though.
