over sixty and i need help

old, stupid and can't follow direction...how do i pick up a player...no green box....about to have a heart attack

  Um.... If I follow correctly, you're trying to get a player from the waiver wire? Go to your league. Hit the players tab in the top bar across the website. From there, find the player that you want. There should be a green plus sign next to the player's name. Hit that. Then just continue along.
