So, I can't cut Elvis Andrus or Justin Upton, but I'm allowed to cut Aroldis Chapman, Fernando Rodney, Craig Kimbrel, or Josh Reddick if I wanted? How does Yahoo! decide this? The four guys I mentioned that I can cut have far outperformed the two I can't. Is it because Yahoo! had Andrus and Upton, along with other non-performers like Brett Lawrie and Jose Reyes so highly overrated in their draft ratings?
