If I were the Tulo owner I would consider that a fair offer.
I would evaluate keeping in mind the following:
- Do I have another good SS?
If not, no deal. Doesn't matter how well Hamilton is playing and how much Tulo is struggling.
If I do, and need a OF, then I'd consider it. But it is entirely needs dependent, and...
- What do I see their production going forward?
That's key. Hamilton is not worth that much more than Tulo for me as I look at it over the course of a season, not just production to date. Hamilton will slow down. Tulo will pick up.
Do not ask for more as I feel you would be getting greedy. Tulo is still the best SS in the game and if the other manager has sense he is being patient with him.
