Tough call that one. You left out 2 crucial pieces of info.
1. Who else do you have at 1B and 3B? We don't know if Cabrera is your 1B or 3B and that makes a difference.
2. Is this a roto or head to head? If it's roto improving your power/speed combo is more of a bigger deal than if it's head to head.
Based on the info you gave - I'd say you lose on reliability and health - with Cabrera being more reliable than Upton and Uggla being less risky healthwise than Weeks. However, you win on power/speed combo - Cabrera/Uggla/Peralta for Upton/Weeks/Cabrera.
If you look at it from the point of view of upgrades and downgrades it looks better for you. 1B/3B you downgrade from elite to a semi-risky player that could be anywhere from terrible to above average. In exchange you upgrade at OF from an overrated guaranteed bad player (Victorino) to an elite player (Upton) and from a risky SS with possible power and no speed to a risky SS with possible power AND possible speed. I would also say that Weeks has more upside but more potential for injury whereas Uggla has more potential to be the kind of player that's too good to drop but bad enough to hurt you all year long (and those are the most damaging kinds of players) but who also has his good years and is always healthy.
Overall, I'd have to say that this deal could go either way. Giving up the reliability of Cabrera hurts. Getting all of those power/speed guys is nice. In the end, there are enough unpredictable players in this deal that it might come down to who has a good year and who has an off year.
