I also asked for a starts limit for pitchers. Our league is going to implement that system even if Yahoo does not. Our max number of starts per week is 12, and if you exceed it, you lose a draft pick. If you exceed it twice, we are doing fines that go into the champion's pot. And if you blatantly go over the 12, you could be kicked out of the league.

I also wish yahoo would allow 3 team trades, and I wish they would leave the league open in the offseason for offseason deals.

they've capped the number of transactions per week. which is good enough for me. one guy i played in a league with a few years ago would have no hitters on his bench and only 2 closers to fill the RP spots. He probably streamed all by 2 or 3 pitchers a day. No way to come close to winning Ws or Ks.
