    Brandon Morrow

What can be expected from him from this point, can he turn his season aronud? I just got offered him for Ty Wigginton. Ty is on my bench right now and once Wright comes back he becomes expendable as I can move Cuddyer to the bench and he can become my super sub. Until then though Ty is my only sub at both 2B/3B and the FA market is awful. Still, I really love the potential of this deal and my SP is my weak spot.

    Thoughts?

    • All SABRs point to Morrow just being unlucky to this point. The only real area of concern is his high walk rate, but his BABIP is extremely high, and his LOB% is extremely low, which basically means he has been extremely unlucky to this point.

Pull the trigger on this deal - you wont regret it. Ty Wigginton is expendable in most formats, and Morrow has the upside of a fantasy ace, and only a small downside.

At worst, he gives you an ERA around 4, a K/9 around 9, and a few wins.

At best, which I think he can accomplish, he would be a steal, and produce with an ERA around 3, a WHIP around 1.20, the K rate still around 9, and a ton of wins.

      In other words...go get Morrow.

    • High K's, ERA in the low to mid 4 range, WHIP around 1.4, handful of wins.
