If it's a twelve-deep league, you made out like a bandit. My only concern is that you have some breakable players in there (Utley and Werth). Your top two starters are excellent (obviously), and you have a pretty solid bottom half of your rotation. Again, Peavy is a risk nowdays. Your closer situation is a little shaky, but you can usually patch that up along the season if you watch the trade wire and pay attention to the league.
it is solid team but id beat it with sb holds ,saves,hr and avg,it lacks relief and batting avg. and is slow .if i played um i would win those area's and hope i take rbi or runs or ops for the win,the starters are great but you need balance in the pitching 1 guy for saves nd 1 guy for holds is weak and i see only 1 or 2 300 hitters
you have a pretty good team. Seeing as you only have one closer I'm assuming you aren't going for saves which really isn't a big deal. Solid infield. Pretty good outfield. and great pitching staff. I'll give you an 8. And even a bit higher if Utley comes back fine. He scares me a little bit
There are a lot of good things going on, with mccan and fielder, stubbs and your top 4 pitchers. But prado is not a good 3b option, as he lacks power of others. he's great at 2nd tho, and would fill nicely while utley hurt. That said, if he's filling for utley, who's filling in for him???? I hate andrus. He is a power sucking machine, who can't steal or bat at the pace of jose reyes. Your outfield is very mediocre. I like stubbs, young, and even a slumping rios, but werth overrated, hart a fools dream, and lind is currently injured.
You're starters are beastly, and the strongest point of this team. cept lowe, peavy, and chacin, who are just ok. That said, if there is an innings cap on your team, you'll probably exceed it. Kimbrel is good, but you need more closers. Two or three closers get the same or better era as a top tier starter, with the same amount of innings. They often post a better strikeout rate as well. They can also grab a win, but, unlike a starter, they grab saves. Furthermore, there is a limited number of them, and a limited number of saves. This means that a team with a lot of good closers is in better position than a team with a lot of good starters, especially in an innings capped league.
Overall, maybe a 5 or 6, maybe a 7 depending on utley's return. Trade away some pitching, get some offense, especially at short and 3rd, and get another closer or two, and you'd be in better shape.

how do any of you give that team an 8 or higher, a 10 would be all the best players in the league and he is no where near that. lets be honest here.. your pitching may be an 8 but your batting is a 6 if not lowerso ill rate this team as a 7 and wont be surprised if you in the bottom hafe of your league.
