    Head to Head leagues, Why?

Also, when you're in a league with your friends, it's great to face off against individual teams and talk trash.

    • I mostly don't like the games/innings cap of roto leagues. It encourages non-participation whereas being too attentive will hurt active managers in the end. Plus, I think 1250 innings is unrealistic. Considering that a real MLB team plays 162 games of 9 innings, the limit should be at least 1400.

H2H leagues allow me to be as active as I want, and as Pete said, offers playoffs so that it's a battle for 1st till the bitter end. Yes luck is involved, but roto leagues are often based on luck too - except mostly based on your draft. I think H2H gives a manager a better chance to win if he drafts underachieving players or a star who gets injured.
