i have seen both pitchers pitch for the TWINS, and by far Pavano is waaaayyyy more consistent start to start. i don't know who Livan pitches for, but once the Twins get healthy, Pavano will get much more run support!
Both are mediocre at best. Pavano has serious consistency problems. I would choose Livan over Pavano.
