Hope everyone is enjoying this preseason hype! I'm in a 12 man H2H non-keeper league. Looking for some off the bat first glance rating of the team i just drafted. I plan to make a few moves to get a better SS and 3B if Encarnacion doesn't come out strong. Prolly trade one of my catchers or 1B if need be. What do you think so far, I would very appreciate any feedback given!!
If you'd like to join one additional H2H league, and have more fun
I've got an opening with our league - The Alpha-Omega Universal League. Its a FREE Yahoo League.
Weekly Matchups, Playoffs
30 man roster! - Gives you a BIG bench to work with
with 3 Utility slots not just one or two.
12 Roster changes allowed per week! No Waiting Time! No Waivers
15 Hitter scoring categories including 5 fielding categories
15 Pitching categories including categories for middle relievers including "Holds" and "Relief Appearances" and "Inherited Runners Scored" - plus Quality Starts for SP's.
We're a new league, non-keeper but may switch to keeper at year end. So far 6 teams, with 1 additional team pledged to join by the weekend. We'd like to have 8 and maybe 10 teams total.
If you or anyone else wishes to join here's the contact info:

You have no base stealing speed and you've got guys with injury issues.
Morneau is a real question mark -
Brian Roberts is continuing to have back problems this spring. he was out half the year last year with same thing.
Braun is having some injury issues this spring but I'd keep him for now.
Encarnacion is prone to injury also
Carlos Beltran may not even play this year, nagging injury lingering still.
Kimbrel is questionable as a closer and may just be a bridger
Furcal is also injury prone - but I wouldn't dump him.
Aside from Furcal, you don't really have anyone for stealing bases.
Optional choices if available:
you could use someone like a Mike Aviles 2B/SS of KC Royals
strong B/A - some speed.
Other options if available:
Juan Uribe - some power and position flexibility for 2B/SS/3B
Omar Infante - good B/A, Speed for SB and 2B/SS/3B/OF
Pitching wise - I don't know who "Minor" is, but I'd look for an additional CLOSER - Maybe someone like Jon Rauch if still available - he's now in Toronto. Other options IF available would be - Brian Fuentes of OAK - he'll likely be the closer cuz Andrew Bailey is looking highly questionable with arm problems. Another would be Houston Astros closer Brandon Lyon who finished as Closer with 20 saves.
