Depends on the holes in your lineups. Braun is a stud, and Kinsler will eventually provide some kind of spark. Tulo is a solid replacement. Assuming you have 2 benchwarmers you don't need, I'd probably go for it.
1B T Glaus
2B R Weeks
3B M Young
SS J Peralta

How can i make it better? Where can i improve and how?

Not exactly sure what happened to you on draft day. But first, I'd put Butler into the starting 1B slot and try to trade away Glaus for a closer. Someone consistent, and not neccessarily an amazing closer. Just someone that gets the job done, doesn't blow a ton of saves, and will end up with around 25-30 saves. Guys you should probably try to trade away to improve holes: Wells, Glaus and Carlos Silva. I had Silva and traded him away when he was 8-0 for the struggling Dan Haren. Silva will NEVER keep this up, so try to get a Dan Haren or maybe Tommy Hanson for him. Or package SIlva and Wells for Hanson or Haren and a decent SS (maybe someone stupid and frustrated with Jimmy Rollins).
is my team good enough as is to win it all? 12 team mixed h2h non keeper

I'd certainly think so. Only real problem I see is 3B. Rolen will eventually slow down. Perhaps try to sell high by packaging Rolen and another player (maybe one of your catchers and a pitcher) for a fairly good third baseman.

Absolutely not. Upton was a first round pick and isn't living up to his potential right now...and is still hitting better than Curtis. Curtis certain hits on the better team and has more chances for RBIs and Runs, but i would still definately rather have Upton.

I hope so, and i do think he will. He will eventually turn it around and be near-elite after the all star game. Garcia has to fall back down to earth eventually, so if you can turn him for hanson, do it in a heartbeat.
