    Starlin Castro

I have asdrubal as ss right now. His average is ok, but has no stats. I would have to drop soto, prado, headley, gutierrez. Only ones that I would think about dropping are soto/prado.

Mauer, fielder, mcgehee, choo, cuddyer, mccutchen, votto, ichiro rest of hitters.

Was gonna drop prado, then he hits grandslam!!!! I think my 2b, 3b, 1b all have better and backups already.

    • If your league gives you points for errors committed then pickup Castro

    • Stay away for Castro for now. He only had one good day and can't field, so may not last on the starting roster.

      • Castro might be worth dropping Prado. Prado is nice because of his eligibility, however it seems that the only thing he is capable of is hitting singles. He scores runs here or there, but the Braves are not appearing to be a contender and as of May we've seen Prado's average slip a little bit. Don't expect him to hit .330 all year. He is a good hitter and doesn't strike out a lot, but he won't contribute much to other stats.

As for Castro, he has a lot of hype, and could provide decent numbers at a difficult to fill position. If you feel like adding him go on and do it, but wait until he heats up to start him. That is, unless he has already been snatched up off the waiver wire...
