Yes pick him up, his K's is awesome, and if you are worried about his ERA, then pick up a good middle reliever to help with that problem. I just picked him up in 2 leagues were others dropped him.
i have Vazquez i keep him cuz of starts like that, he's kind of a gamble somedays he's great other days he's nothing short of awful, he gets a lot of strikeouts, but it really just depends on his matchup. On the upside the CWS score a lot.
