I think as long as the messages are posted after the decision on the trade has been made, you've got to let them fly... it doesnt matter what he says after the trade, the trade is still completed. If he is making the comments before the trade, then it's inappropriate of him to comment, but still within his right. If the other managers in your league can't make an educated decision outside of one managers opinion, then that is their own fault. Let the messages stay. If the other managers don't like it as much as you, you will see some posts telling the guy to shut up.
