Brewers' closer role

Gagne blew his fifth save opportunity today; with Guillermo Mota, David Riske and Salomon Torres in the 'pen, is Gagne in danger of losing the closer role?

Also, if you believe he is, who is the most likely candidate to take over?

  I'd agree, I would bet Mota would get the first crack at it, but Torres will be right there if he falters. It may be worth staying away from all together unless your desperate.

  Knowing Yost, he will stick with him a bit longer, but if he continues to falter, look for any of those three to close games. All 3 have experience at being a closer. Personally, I like Mota or Torres to get first cracks at it.
