I have drastically altered my team from what it was at the beginning of the season. I have made 19 moves, easily the most in my league.
12 team rotisserie league
you can't make dramatic changes to your offense as the year progresses. that just doesn't work. guys who are hot now (like aybar, kotchman, etc.), while good guys, are not guarantees. on streaks, they're great, but they wont' give you what you need over a prolonged period of time.
if you're adding and dropping pitchers on a regular basis, that's a little different. your team is decent, not terrible, but it won't win you a league.

Thanks for a good response. I know making dramatic changes doesn't work, but you should have seen my team at the start of the season. I didn't draft the team myself and I didn't even rank players. So I had a HORRIBLE lineup. And I agree that it isn't very good, but its not as bad as those guys were making it sound.
