Well, April has not been a good month for me and 2 of my fantasy teams. Sitting in 8th and 9th place. Should i make a move, or just sit tight and wait for my players to do what i drafted them to do. Both are roto leagues.

lol, The only advice is bench the cold guys who will get hot in summer and pick up some guys who are doing well by dropping the guys least likely to get picked up (high O-ranked guys).
Also you have WAY too many starters. You need like 4 starters for roto and 3-4 closers. I have 3 closers in my roto which i am about 25 pts ahead of (mostly because half the people gave up), but i'm about 10 saves ahead of the next guy because i started off the season with like 5 closers (I dropped Gagne and someone else as my lead was maintained). So get some closers or at least some good relievers to help out your Starting.
I would also advise giving up some pitching for offense. Because your offense's bench is light and you need to ride the waves and get the most of your games out of your positions.
Team 1 you need to bench Hafner for Konerko ASAP! You seem to be short on a true big bopper on that team. I would trade some of your starting pitching depth and get a true 40 homer and .280 average guy.
Team 2 you are just stuck with some guys starting slow. I would wait a bit longer to see if they snap out of it. Otherwise you should trade some of that steal potential and get 4-5 category guy. You again have pitching depth so see what you can get for that.

I'll offer such articles as:

How to appear dumb while picking their pocket.
How to wear down your adversary into trading away talent accidently.
When to dump your stud player.
How to manipulate your lineup for maximum innings.
How to find those hidden pieces that will make you a winner.
And it's all right here in my newsletter that I have yet to write. Sign up in advance.
