i'll answer the old thread, but please address the new thread. thanks!
first, some notes:
PEDRO's situation saddens me. personally, i've made quite the investment; in some leagues, going out of my way. i'll not drop him on all my teams, but i'm considering other options. he's still got 4-6 weeks of rehab, and his value diminishes by the day
VICTORINO and BOROWSKI deserve dl spots. HARDY, UGGLA, PATTERSON desevrs at least bench spots
GAGNE might lose his job to TURNBOW. CORPAS might lose his job to FUENTES. BETENCOURT, RAUCH and ACOSTA are also suitable fill-ins
CUDDYER is back, he'll hafta work his way back into that cushy three-hole. he can sit until he does that, MOISES ALOU is quite fragile, but a hard player. sometimes a bad combo. worth the risk if you can afford it
GALLARDO, JONATHON SANCHEZ and detroit's GALARRAGA deserve the wary eye, like watching a toddler try to walk. i guess CUETO and VOLQUEZ belong here, too
DAVID DEJESUS, AUBREY HUFF, MATT STAIRS, HINSKE, EDWIN ENCARNACION, CANTU, CHURCH, BARNES deserve a look
RANDY JOHNSON and MUSSINA are looking better, EVELAND, LOHSE are servicable. KURODU does not yet warrrent dropping. SNELL and LILLY deserve at least a bench spot
ARROYO will frustrate, as will BLANTON, SILVA, LESTER. be wary of SAUNDERS and GARLAND
SNELL, LILLY, MUSSINA should possess a bench spot, if you need pitching
mike lowel is suppose to come back tomorrow and he is in my DL spot
should i play him??
but now posada is hurt and he is my only catcher
do i move posada to the DL slot and drop someone else???
or should i drop him for another catcher??
This is my roster
C- Russell Martin
now my question is.. ?what should i do when lowel and soriano come back ? who should i drop ? please help me :(
i see your point. that's too much to give up. a furcal would be a nice add right now. maybe a jeter. even orlando cabrera. anything less can be found on the wire. no need to seek the top four; is not worth the risk or potential damage to your sp
