trade an OF and a Closer for a premier starter to some1 who needs both, cuz obviously there is at least 1 person who has no quality at either position

wow you need starting pitching BAD...maybe a new 3B too. Keep only two stud closers and trade the rest of starting pitchers. You can always find a solid 3rd closer during the season...they come and go.

You only need three closers to win (or close to win) saves. However, relievers contribute far higher K/9, far lower ERA, and far lower WHIP than starters. I have won most of the leagues I have ever played in, and I've done with by using 5 SP and 5 RP on every team.

In your situation, you have a gold mine. Obviously, two or three teams in your league have no closers at all. Offer something like K-Rod or Valverde for Beckett or Bedard. Drop Wilson and pick up the best (i.e., lowest ERA/WHIP, highest K) middle reliever you can find, like Shields or Neshek, he'll vulture 6-10 wins and 3-5 saves.
