In our keeper league, the draft goes in order of worst to first every round. So...Team 12 would pick first, Team 11 would pick second etc... every round. Yahoo only supports a snake draft. We can't get everybody into one room to pick offline because they live in different states. We really like Yahoo. Any advice?

The only thing I can think of is to do an offline draft through your leages message boards. set a time limit that they need to respond in and the commish would keep trak and key it in to the managers line ups.

      Hope this helps.

its harder of course, but if everybody was set up on the same IM, it will be faster I think than a league/group home page that everyone will have to CONSTANTLY refresh.....there are some offline sites where you can pay a small fee to have your draft.....its more if you want to play your league on those sites, but if you just want to use them to draft, its usually not too much ($10-$15 ?)....for free, I think IM is the best method, because there will be recorded evidence and recourse of the entire process
