Ditto to the previous message. Do an off line draft and have each person post picks on the bulletin board.....It works in the leagues I am commish of.

The only thing I can think of is to do an offline draft through your leages message boards...

The only thing I can think of is to do an offline draft through your leages message boards. set a time limit that they need to respond in and the commish would keep trak and key it in to the managers line ups.

its harder of course, but if everybody was set up on the same IM, it will be faster I think than a league/group home page that everyone will have to CONSTANTLY refresh.....there are some offline sites where you can pay a small fee to have your draft.....its more if you want to play your league on those sites, but if you just want to use them to draft, its usually not too much ($10-$15 ?)....for free, I think IM is the best method, because there will be recorded evidence and recourse of the entire process
