Martin trade

In a dynasty .5ppr money league, a guy is trading Martin and Colston for James jones, austin, and Dwyer. I prefer not to veto but this seems heavily one-sided especially considering Martin is exceeding expectations. Should I veto?

  Any other opinions? The guy trading away Martin has SJax, Felix jones, Redman, Alex green, Montpellier Owens, and James casey at RB and Wayne, Henderson, heywardbey at WR other than those mentioned in the trade. We play 2rb, 2wr, 1r/w
