To Trade? or Not to Trade? That is the question.

Here is a little overview. **Trade at bottom.

I have already secured a spot in the playoffs at 8-4. My recievers are top notch, but they are carrying the load. I need another QB for the injured Vick (unfortunately the last few weeks I had to use Foles and Skelton.. eek!) -- I also would like another solid RB.

    My Team:
2 QB: Cam Newton, Michael Vick
4 WR: AJ Green, Eric Decker, Cicil Shorts, Jordy Nelson
2 RB: Mikel Leshoure, Shonn Green
2 RB/WR: Bryce Brown, Ryan Mathews
    1 TE: Dustin Keller
Bench: Percy Harvin, Brandon Stokely, Andre Roberts
    K: Kai Forbath
    DEF: Dallas, Carolina, Arizona(Bench)

My friend offered me the following trade:

His: Ben Roethlisberger + Doug Martin for
My: AJ Green + Dallas Defense

    • Make the deal. Martin has a dream matchup in week 15 vs NO. His production in that game alone will vault you into the championship game. Ask him to throw in a WR instead of Ben as you have Cam to start vs SD (week 15) & OAK (16).

Currently - your RBs are super weak!

    • It's basically AJ Green for Doug Martin and it's probably a good trade considering your weakness at RB, but I don't think I agree you have "top notch" receivers. AJ Green is your only "top notch" guy, Cecil Shorts is close and Decker may well become one but isn't yet. I think you are better off this way, and the Roeth for Dallas equation is a no-brainer if BB is coming back. Hope that helps.

Please answer my TE dilemma... I have Rob Gronkowski who is on IR and Vernon Davis who is perfectly healthy but can't by a target. I need to make room to add Dallas Clark who is coming on. Which do I cut, or do I continue to roll with VD for now?
