I probably like Brown. He's the better talent and I wouldn't be too suprised if they don't rush McCoy back or even at all. Philly aint got much to play for the rest of the season, they might continue to use their younger players.
Moreno has the starting gig the rest of the season, Brown has it for one more start. If you need a win this week to make the playoffs, take Brown. If you're pretty comfortable with your chances of making the playoffs then Moreno is the better add.
If you have two droppable players I would grab both asap (assuming you mean Bryce Brown)
Besides going against the Bucs run defense (who I feel are a bit overrated and Moreno can catch passes) Moreno has an awesome playoff schedule.
Bryce Brown should have at least one more good week in him. As far as talent goes Brown is the best pickup. This dude can run. Unfortunately, hes on the same team as Mccoy whos an established starter. However, Mccoys concussion sounds pretty serious and can linger in which case Brown is a #1RB plug in regardless of matchup.
Bottom Line: Try to get them both but at this time Moreno looks like the safer pick to help you consistently for the rest of the season. (I really like Brown tho)
