Huge Lynch/Ryan Trade! Smart for me to accept?

I can get Lynch, Dalton, Miles Austin, Fjax, and Owen Daniels for Matt Ryan, MJD, Bush, Welker, and Gonzo. Scoring is standard and based on what my roster would look like after the trade, good for me to accept?
QB: Stafford and Dalton
RB: Lynch, Doug Martin, Jaquizz Rodgers, Daniel Thomas, and Fjax
WR: Colston, Cobb, Austin, Sidney Rice, Danny Amendola
TE: Owen Daniels
K: Bryant
D: Broncos
