My team is currently at 4-4 and ranked about 5 or 6 out of 12. I feel like it is fantastic but my record reflects otherwise. I am 2nd in the league in scoring and have the 3rd most points scored against. PPR League
QB- Ryan, Freeman
WR- White, Marshall, Brown, Hartline, Givens
RB- Rice, Charles, Spiller, LeShoure, Dwyer
TE- Hernandez, Finley
We start 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 WR/RB/TE, 1 K, 1 DEF
Should I try to shake things up or should I just leave my team as is?
It looks like a solid team, sounds like your schedule has been tough, it should get easier. I wouldnt be in any rush to blow the team up, but maybe do a little tinkering and make offers to improve your starters. What I do is trade a starter with a bench player for someone who is better than my starter and with a weak player on their team (I usually use that weak player and pick someone off waivers if they are that bad) scout teams in your league that are hurting in a position where you got a strong bench, but have a player you could use, those are the ones I make trades with.

Why would you trade a QB that just threw 3 TD's a game for three weeks in a row for a "decent" anything. Sure the Buccaneers (and I'm a Bucs fan) haven't played anyone in that stretch with a real defense, but still, he's HOT.
You trade him you better be pulling in a Randall Cobb, Gronkowski, Alfred Morris, Wes Welker, Lesean McCoy, proven A tier player.
With a 12 team league it may be hard to pull that off, but there's gotta be someone out there that needs QB help.
