Points for Kickers Question

I used to think it was 3 pts for a field goal and 1 point for an extra point, but Minnesota's kicker Blair Walsh has 7 points, even though he kicked one field goal and two extra points. Can someone explain the rules to me?

  Check your league settings....points can be increased for longer field goals, subtracted for missed kicks, etc. These can all be customized by the Commissioner. A league I'm in gives 3 points for a 39 yarder or less, 4 points for a 40-49 yarder, and 5 points for a 50+ yarder.
