    WOW dood... i really like ur team. for one start with RG3 (vick is ur backup) i would use spiller as trade bait while hes hot. see if u can get a top TE like Gronk or Graham if u have to inclue Vick or Torrey or Moore i would still do it. ur team will come around so be patient and have faith. DONT PUSH THE PANIC BUTTON YET!!!
