I Get: Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Frank Gore, Buffalo Defense. He gets: Calvin Johnson, Ahmad Bradshaw, New York Giants Defense. I have Tony Romo and Peyton Manning on my team already but Brees and Fitzgerald is pretty good. Bradshaw is not one of my starters at RB.
I'd do it but only IF you can get something good for Romo. Try to trade Romo to a team that can stand an upgrade at QB for whatever stud they have. Like for example(and not knowing about your league)... I give you Romo and Gore for Ray Rice and insert average guy here... Kenny Wright.
This way at the end of the day you upgrade at QB, take slight hit at WR, and very slight hit at D. But overall an upgrade at QB and RB in my mind would outweigh slight hit at WR and D. If you can secure that, I don't see the point in downgrading at WR, RB, and D, for the upgrade in Brees alone.
If you can make another deal with another team, do it. If not, try to get more out of this guy trading to you.
Yes, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Even if its a deep league and you have to go week to week at D brees AND fitz for megatron? yes, do it
Mine to you
Been offered Ben Jarvis Green Ellis ofor Stevan Ridley and Owen Daniels. Seems fair. What do you think?

Coming from a Patriots fan... and not knowing what side of the deal you are on, go with Law firm. He never fumbles, runs hard, and was in a timeshare in NE in a pass happy offense. Now in Cincy, he will get carries, be sure-handed, steady eddy, and score tds. Ridley will be in a time share, and Daniels is trash to me. Just my $0.02
