    Need Trade Help

For some reason everyone in my league thinks its a good idea to have a backup QB. I waited till round 7 in my draft to get a QB and there were no good QB's left, so I'm basically going with waiver wire QB's based on opponent. I can probably trade Sidney Rice for Ben Roethlisberger. We only start 2 receivers and 1 flex and I have Andre Johnson, Roddy White, and Dwayne Bowe as my starters and Rice and Mike Thomas as bench guys. I also have Benson on my bench that I can start as a flex. Waiver wire QB's include: Cassel, Henne, Grossman, Orton, Smith, Jackson, Dalton, Collins, etc.

Do I trade Sidney Rice for Roethlisberger or do I just go with waiver wire QB's. Standard scoring format.

    • you go with back up QBs so you can have options based on opponents some weeks...you cant expect your starting QB to be on fire EVERY WEEK thats just ridiculous. you should of had some nice options in round 7 though but i guess your league is intense...ben is not a fantasy QB he will probably hurt you before he helps you if you trade sidney rice for him, rice has upside now that he's syncing with TJax. but in this situation your losing regardless make a better trade ben isnt worth sidney rice
