I'm attempting to pick up John Carlson, but I'm not sure who to drop.

I'm not going to drop Carney because he's the best kicker right now, he's so solid. I'm not going to drop Gramatica because I picked him up this week because Carney is on a bye.
What should I do? I want to pick him up before anyone else does.
