Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
12 team roto keeper.. I give Ryan Braun, I get Springer and Rendon.. good deal?
Having an "off year" with Chris Davis and Everth Cabrera killin me to start the year. My pitching is first in my league but offense is struggling.. being that it's a keeper league would you trade away Braun or Carlos Gomez for Springer and Rendon? I have Dozier at 2b and A. Ramirez at 3b now.. and OF is Braun, Carlos Gomez, Polanco, and Heyward. Thank you for any thoughts!
Need more info, but without knowing it all, yes I would and preferrably CarGom.
How many keeps each team get? If its like 2 or nonsense like that, I wouldn't.
Can't believe someone if it's a lot of keeps would deal those 2 for Braun or CarGom tho.
Gomez is worth more than Braun, Springer and Rendon combined. That would be a stupid trade to make. As for Braun for Springer and Rendon in a keeper? Good luck. IMO it isn't even close. I wouldn't even move Rendon straight up for him at this point.
I am assuming you are proposing this deal....because I can't imagine the Springer-Rendon owner doing anything other than laughing and hitting the "reject offer" button once they see your offer.

Yes, proposing.. haven't yet. I dont think its such a no brainer.. Braun is still Braun.. even with a slow start numbers are still very good. Springer and Rendon are good but still question marks and low average.. although Springer's minor league ave/obp are high. We only keep four players and one at least is a pitcher ( I have Felix and Sale)
My offensive keepers are between Braun, C.Gomez, Pujols, C. Davis, Felix, Sale, Dozier
