    SP opinions for tonights games

NL only h2h daily 10 team. Have Bailey @ Cubs, check! J.Zimmerman @ Brewers, check I believe. Heaney @ Philly, cautious check. And lastly Hahn @ SF,not quite sure check. Any thoughts on who might be risky enough to sit,if any? Thanks

    • I think you have to start them all. Especially guys like Hahn and Heaney. That is because they can turn in great games and sitting them is wrong

    • I would start them all.

    • I'd start them ball but don't be surprised if they get rocked on the road.

    • Miller Park is never a great place to pitch and the Brewers can be dangerous. Chicago isn't that dangerous, but Wrigley is always risky. Hahn is unproven and SF can do some serious damage at home at times. The guy I'm most comfortable with is Heaney @ PHI, who for some reason can't hit at home. But Heaney is only making his 2nd big league start so he's a wildcard too. This is why I rarely sit starters based on matchups. If I sat around and tried to analyze every match-up and decide when to sit and start guys I'd drive myself nuts and I'd probably sit all the wrong guys on all the wrong days anyway.

      • I got you,John! Can be an extreme hair puller! As I said to another post on L.Lynn, I can be conservative at times and it works for me but when it's close I go with the SP. Like Lynn, Zimmerman has been pitching well too so Miller Park is just as bad of a scenario as Lynn @ Coors, right. So maybe I'll learn from last night and just go for it. Thanks for the assessment too,John! Only real real concern I had is with Hahn. He's looked good, last 2 starts, but the Giants are hard to figure out most of the time. As you said usually a lot better/consistent at home. But Despaingne just completely destroyed them over 7IP last night.
