    Trading Tulo?

This is the first year I've ever owned Tulo and I'm wondering if now is the right time to cash out on him? A guy wants him bad and offered Jon Singleton and Strasburg. I was thinking of countering with Cespedes and Wainwright for Tulo. Is that too little for Tulo? Am I better off holding onto him? What do yall think? Plenty of middling SS on waiver wire, could grab Aybar and not be so bad off? Any help is appreciated

    • I think Cespedes/Wainwright is too little as well... Tulo is balling and therefor you should be getting something equally as difficult to give away. Sure Wainwright is great... but chances are if there are good hitting options on the wire, that there are also good pitching options as well. I think you need something like Miggy, Stanton, EE,, Goldy, Donaldson, Gomez, Puig... or a a top pitcher plus a higher value hitter... perhaps an Altuve or Freeman depending on your needs.

      • Coming from an owner who really needs Tulo...... I currently own Gomez, Puig, and Encarnacion. My current starting SS is Everth Cabrera. Let me go ahead and say I have no depth after EE so let's take him off the market. Who would you get rid of for Tulo?, Puig or Gomez?

Is Puig or Gomez and Everth enough for Tulo.... If not name a few starting pitchers that would even up the trade. I have a lot of big named SPers but they're not really producing. Hamels, Bailey, Shelby, Cain, Minor, and Archer. I also have Kershaw and Gray, but I'm pretty hesitant to move either for another bat.

    • Who's your SS if you trade Tulo? Who are the best bats on the other team?

    • What are your league Settings? # of teams? Keeper? As of now, u better value Tulo like u would w/ Trout/Cabrera. Singleton and Strausburg are def not enough for Tulow.

    • Tulo is arguablly the best hitter and is playing at 1 of the thinnest positions. I would suggest holding on to him but if you really want to sell high please get more than Stras and singlton. Stras is a good start but you dont know what youre going to get with singleton. If you want a young player research Polanco and Baez. They may be available in your league.
