You do it because of value and best case scenario. I would argue that Pagan, Walker and Morse are all at their ceiling, there is only room to go down (best case scenario sideways). We know the best case scenario for Bruce and Bailey, they are way higher that those three. It's not like we are talking about unproven rookies or journeymen here, Bruce is a legit 30/100 guy every year, so even if he has a bad month or two to start, he'll still finish at 25+, 85+... not something you are guaranteed with Walker/Pagan.
YES YOU SHOULD. Sorry, but take that immediately. Morse is having a nice start to the year (I realize all three are, but he holds the most long term value for the year). Bruce was hurt, he's back and should get it going soon. Those two are some of the BEST buy-low candidates out there.
