    Need Help Kipnis or Dozier

So I need help from my fellow baseball managers. I was lucky when Kipnis went down I grabbed Dozier out of free agency and rode his hot streak. But now taht kipnis is back I'm not sure I can start him. This is a Dynasty league where we get to keep players year to year so it does me no good to have 2 solid 2nd basemen.

That Said here is what I am looking at

Kipnis and AJ COLE for Julio Tehran.

My Starting staff I have moved around a bit to get better batters but I have Gerrit Cole, Sonny Gray, Yordano Ventura, Ian Kennedy, Mat Latos, and Drew Pomeranz.

Any Advice at all is appreciated.

I want to know if kipnis is the better long term option or if dozier can keep up his numbers..

    • Tough call but long term I'm on Kipnis.

    • i am in the same situation. it seems in my league nobody values dozier or kipnis similarly to me so i am going to hold both for the time being. i think both are legit and will be top 5 options going forward, but right now they arent perceived quite that high on the market. also people arent necessarily willing to give up a lot to get a second baseman. however, overall i think an owner trading teheran for kipnis right now is pulling off the ultimate sell high buy low and if you are the owner on the other side of that you are making a big mistake, especially in a dynasty. 2B is not as weak of a position as people made it out to be preseason, especially compared to how weak SS has been early on. i would hold both dozier and kipnis for now, expecting them to prove their true worth in the coming months.
