Well, I made a deal to improve my power, and I think I did so without too surrendering too much of anything else.
I traded Wainwright, Ortiz and D. Wright for
Greinke, A. Gonzalez and Josh Donaldson
Swapping Wainwright for Greinke is ok with me, cuz he always has a low ERA and WHIP, and will end up with close to the same win total. The only difference might be K totals, but I'm ok with that, cuz it won't be by much. Gonzo already has 8 HR's and its not even May. Donaldson is a breakout 3B who has 7 HR's right now. Wright is aging and is not going to give me the HR and RBI I need. Ortiz is aging and an injury risk at this stage. Thats my justification, anyway : )
What SP are available in FA? If there are some okay arms out there, consider trying to package Gregerson while he still has his job with a SP and maybe one of your bench bats to upgrade your UT slots or 2B.

I picked up Lohse off waivers in order to bench Salazar until he gets it together. He was just about the only decent FA option. If Salazar turns it around, I might consider trading Shields or Wainy to get a big bat. My pitching is good enough that I should be able to maintain my current place (4th)...but I'm gonna have to do something if I'm gonna place in the money.
Trade SP for SB/HR upgrade. You also would benefit from pursuing a CL4 option, especially since Gregerson could lose his job to Jim Johnson at any moment.
I suggest scour cheap alternatives, in lieu of a blockbuster. You have above-league-average hitters that will hit for average, so you can sacrifice that category a little bit. Consider players like Eric Young or Soriano as cheap trade options. Consider players like Dayan Vicedo and Rajai Davis as probable pick-ups.
Your team looks like it is playing from behind, so trade from your strength. Pitching is the easiest roster spot to replace, imo.
