Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Whats so different about them?
Brown is younger and had more HRs,RBI,SB along with a better batting AVG and OBP in less at bats, but his rank is 109 opposed to Cespedes's 52.
Please tell me I have overlooked something because I took Cespedes early and it is looking like a very bad move right now...
I like Brown but he doesn't get a lot of love after 3 poor seasons in the pro's before his break out year. People forget he was a highly touted prospect who hit for good average at every level in the minors. Brown used to be a 20+ SB threat in the minors but i think he is more of a power hitter. i think Cespedes will out steal him but everything else they will be pretty close to each other as long as they both play all season.
