Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
12 team H2H 2nd year keeper league 6x6(normal categories +HLD and OBP)
I think my lineup is unstoppable, with a good balance of speed and power.
I also dont have many players that will blow my AVG,which is important because we also have OBP.
Looking to go quantity over quality this year and I dont think I will lose Ks or Ws.
What do you think about this team and where can I improve?
Your hitters are stacked, but I would bench Hardy and start either Fowler or Yeliech over him since you're a little light in speed. You'll be giving up a little under a dozen homers (which you can certainly afford with that line up) and you'll gain 20 or so steals. In roto that move would be a no-brainer, in H2H ymmv.
Not crazy about the pitching - not because of the lack of big name, but because Cain comes with a question mark and Jones hasn't locked up the job. It might be worth dropping a hitter and picking up Lindstrom to make sure that you get the ChiSox closer either way.
Love the value you got on Bailey/Masterson/Archer/Tillman. Skaggs could either be great for you or kill your era/whip. Keep a close eye on him.
Overall, nice draft!
Not a bad lineup but your team is certainly stoppable.
1) You don't have as much speed as you think.
2) You have failed to backup all your positions so have some major holes.
3) There is no reason to own Skaggs, Walker, or Tillman.
