Wheeler's control is an issue, and Miller had a 1.34 WHIP and 3.24 ERA the 2nd half last season. His velocity was down, and I wonder if he has an injury issue. Cardinals skipped his turn in the rotation a couple of times. Also, 2nd half performance is very important as a predictor for the following season.
Walker pitches in a very good pitcher's park, and his stuff is filthy. I certainly would not have a strong dissent to selecting Miller over Walker if you think Miller is healthy, will pitch 200 innings and will not have the same problems giving up base runners that he struggled with the 2nd half.
I like all of them but Wheeler, Miller and Tehran are a toss up for me. Darvish and Fernandez and Walker you have to keep. Walker's upside is usurping King Felix as the M's #1 starter. Moore, if he ever puts it together could lead the AL in Ks, but he probably wont do that for more than one season in his career.
