Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Would it be safe to drop Ells and Craig? Both look ify, Craig in a walking boot, sox "Hoping" Ells will return before the end of the season and even if he does who is to say he's 100%
Would you drop them?
Also why were they never put on the DL?
Would it be safe to dump Shelby Miller pending he does poor vs the Mariners?
And Wil Myers, hes on a contending team but hes been sluggish and not to mention he bats horrible away and many of his games are away on the home stretch.
I'm looking to open roster spots for pitchers mainly as two teams in the playoffs can easily beat me in pitching I wanna spot start to try to grab some cats
Heres my team
Bench Tulo, Ells, Myers and Craig
In free agency batters like HOsmer, and Carl Crawford are still available(dk why they were dropped)
Gallardo, Jiminez, Hernandez, Sale, Miller, Gray and Gee
RP-Romo and Ernesto
I wouldn't place too much emphasis on what Shelby does against Mariners. He's still unreliable. I'd drop Craig and keep Jacoby. We should have more info on Jacoby by the end of the week re: his prospects of returning
I dropped Craig this morning.
Once he went back in the boot for another week I was not going to be without a 1B for my playoff matchup next week. I already missed out on Brandon Belt and I was not going to miss out on Matt Adams.
