14team H2H 2nd place
SP King Felix,Minor,Bailey,Kuroda
Ben Wood,Lester,Peavy,Jorge De La Rosa
The 50 game Cruz punishment hurt me a lot but I managed to get into the playoffs in second place and I have a seed right now.So it will be a 4 team playoff for me.
1) OF is mildly weak. If all were performing it would be a good one. Jennings is underrated, Stanton has done nothing all year, and Yelich doesn't deserve a starting job even in a 14 teamer.
2) Bench is rough too. The point of a bench is that the contribute. Cruz and Heyward won't play again this year (maybe a reason why your OF is weak right now), and Sano shouldn't be owned in a non-keeper.
3) UTIL is a little shaky. I own and like Gardner myself, but if you already have Jennings there is no need for him. Frazier has also been bad all year.
4) SP lacks big arms. Felix is only REAL ace, and after Minor, Peavy, maybe Lester, Kuroda there is a drop off. Bailey has been good, same with Colon but they aren't huge arms. If they are all performing than it would be fine, but in the playoffs I don't like that kind of unpredictability.
I'm actually very impressed with this 14 team league team, and realize I am nit picking. Ill be generous and give it an 8.5 out of 10, taking into consideration the Cruz problem.
Your team is a 4.
Encarnacion is done for the season.
Holding on to Cruz is just plain stupid.
Owning Stanton is stupid squared.
Sano hasn't played in the majors yet (more stupidity).
Holding on to Heyward is stupid.
Your arms are nothing special.
