Should I make any of these trade offers to improve starting pitching?

I'm in a 12-team H2H league, currently in 1st by 4.5 games, with 7x7 cats with batting cats (R, H, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP) and pitching cats (W, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP, QS) and am trying to acquire starting pitching as I have two aces (Kershaw, Verlander) but behind them, I don't have much depth there. Here are the offers I'm thinking of:

    Offer 1
I get Cliff Lee and give up Jason Kipnis + Evan Gattis
Note: I lose a 7-cat producer but Lee is a pure ace and I'm thrown in Gattis. If you don't think I am offering enough, I could substitute Kipnis with Adam Jones and make the offer and maybe pick up an OF off FA if the trade goes through since there's quite a bit on FA and its easier to replace.

    Offer 2
I get Ervin Santana and give up Trevor Rosenthal
Note: He did offer me Gerrit Cole before but he might be sent down and I want a pitcher that is somewhat reliable in return for a reliever who is among the league leaders in holds. Holds have helped me get to the top of the league.

My roster is currently C - Gattis, Pierzynski, 1B - Freeman, 2B - Phillips, Kipnis, SS - Segura, 3B - Donaldson, OF - Adam Jones, Allen Craig, Matt Holliday, Jason Heyward, SP - Kershaw, Verlander, Fister, Miguel Gonzalez, Wade Miley, Brandon Beachy, RP - Rivera, Grant Balfour, Kevin Gregg, Jim Henderson, Trevor Rosenthal

I feel my hitting is able to compete in all 7 hitting cats (hopefully able to withstand a loss of Kipnis) and I don't think I have good depth behind Kershaw, Verlander, Fister.. What do you think of those potential offers? Should I make any of them and will they improve my team? On the flip side, should I realistically offer more? Thanks in advance!
