Bautista and Machado for Bruce and Carpenter!?!?

I am in a keeper league with 9 friends and we put $55 into every season as entry, so I am checking this league more than any other. My team is good but can always get better, here is my current lineup for hitting:

    C Yadier Molina
1B Paul Goldschmidt (K from last season)
    2B Jose Altuve
    3B Matt Carpenter
SS Starlin Castro (K from last season)
OF Ryan Braun (K from last season)
OF Carlos Gonzalez (K from last season)
    OF Jay Bruce
    UTIL Melky Cabrera
    UTIL Starling Marte
    BENCH David Freese
    BENCH Emilio Bonifacio
    DL Adam Eaton
    NA Oscar Taveres

My friend has Aaron Hill who is going on the DL most likely, and Machado who isnt living up to his expectations. He is thinking about offering me Jose Bautista (one of his keepers) and Manny Machado for Jay Bruce and Matt Carpenter.

This is tough for me because I love Carpenter, he is easily one of the best players right now and is without a doubt the best Utility guy in the game (1B, 2B, 3B, OF eligible). But I don't think I can pass on Jose Bautista, the guy will hit close to 40 HRs this year.

Should I do this trade?? I'm scared that Freese and Machado won't get better as the season goes on and I'll have to use Bautista at 3B if he becomes eligible. Also, without Carpenter, I won't have a back-up player for Goldschmidt or Altuve (not that they will suck, but they could get injured). But honestly, if everyone stays healthy and Bautista does what he's capable of doing, my hitting will be unmatched.
