Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Came into this draft with a plan. Completely deviated from that plan when guys I was targeting were being picked by the guy ahead of me. He must have had the same plan.

The more I look at it, the worse I feel about it. Lot more questions than answers there. Any opinions appreciated.
It's a team with no true identity. You don't have much speed and only a couple of true power hitters. Your medium skilled players are okay but don't excite me. You have decent starting pitching but you can upgrade depending on how deep your league is. More than any other position, pitching provides the greatest surprises in fantasy ball. Your bullpen is weak, especially Marmol. In your roto league if you cannot upgrade stopper then I might use the stoppers I have in trades to get at least two more solid hitters. You don't list SB as a category so Marte may not do you much good, which means room for better EX base run producers. I have seen worse but it is early enough to rework some of your roster to stay in the roto war.

Cheers thanks, steals are a category though. It's a 14 team league and pretty competitive. Trades are tough to pull off. I tried to draft 5 tool guys wherever I could but I don't like my prospects. Too many injury prone players. We'll see.
Really think your offense is at best average, very weak in power, as well as counting on very injury prone OF's. trade some of your SP for better Offensive players. otherwise you will probably be in bottom half of the standings

Still the closer for right now though... They're going to keep trotting him out there. There's no other even speculative adds on the wire in my league right now. I'll be reactive if one of the other guys goes down but most guys' handcuffs are already taken. What do you think of the rest of that mess?
